CONSTITUTION
1. The name of the society is The Queen City Sisters - Order of the Moist Brollie
2. The purposes of the society are to be benevolent, charitable, educational and philanthropic by:
(a) advancing the spiritual and personal development of our members, and the community within which our members serve, by manifesting and promulgating the tenets of the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence®
(b) promoting tolerance and understanding of the general populace and the LGBTQ+, the homeless and the addicted communities and providing situations that encourage open, respectful and educational dialogue
(c) providing education related to harm-reduction and prevention of new HIV infections regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity or income
(d) improving the lives of those affected by HIV through education, support and philanthropic deeds
(e) alleviating and ending homelessness in Greater Victoria
3. The operations of the society are to be chiefly carried on in Greater Victoria, Province of British Columbia.
